Contact SupportIf you exceed your included monthly processing credits/minutes, you can easily purchase additional top-up packages (see table above) to continue using the service without interruption. Your Auraliti Light plan comes with 30 minutes free each month, and the Launch Pass includes 720 minutes.
The Auraliti Launch Pass subscription includes access to all our standard and specialized professional document templates (like detailed clinical reports, referral letters, summaries, etc.). The Auraliti Light plan includes the Standard Clinical report format only.

Yes, you may cancel your Auraliti Launch Pass subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation from the payment provider. You will retain access to all client documents created during your subscription period.
Auraliti provides secure cloud storage (1GB for Light, 50GB for Launch Pass). We recommend managing your storage actively. If you cancel your subscription, access to documents created remains available according to our data retention policy. Please contact support if you anticipate exceeding storage limits to discuss options.
